Allotted Day

A day set aside for the debate of a specific business under the Standing Orders. On the allotted day, that business shall stand as the first item under the Order(s) of the Day and a minimum period of time is provided for its debate. The debate can only be interrupted or postponed upon a complaint or motion affecting the powers and privileges of Parliament. The Standing Orders provide for allotted days to debate on the President’s Address, the Annual Budget Statement and the business of Supply. (See also Order of the Day)

Hari Yang Diperuntukkan

Satu hari yang diperuntukkan bagi membahaskan urusan tertentu di bawah Peraturan Tetap. Pada hari yang diperuntukkan, urusan itu menjadi perkara pertama di bawah Urusan Mesyuarat dan jangka masa minimum disediakan bagi membahaskannya. Perbahasan itu hanya boleh diganggu atau ditunda jika ada aduan atau usul yang menjejas kuasa dan hak istimewa Parlimen. Di bawah Peraturan Tetap, bilangan hari tertentu diperuntukkan untuk perbahasan tentang Amanat Presiden, Kenyataan Belanjawan Tahunan dan urusan Perbekalan. (Lihat juga Urusan Mesyuarat)

分配日期

按照议事常规，国会将分配一天就具体事项进行辩论。分配日当天，具体事项作为当天开会日程的第一项，被拨出一定时间予以讨论。会议只有在接到将影响国会权力和特权的投诉或动议时，才会中止或延期。根据国会议事常规，总统施政方针辩论、财政预算报告以及拨款委员会辩论，都将获得分配日期进行讨论。（也见当天开会日程）

நிலையான ஆணைகளின் கீழ் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட அலுவலை விவாதிப்பதற்காக ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நாள். ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நாளன்று, குறிப்பிட்ட அலுவல் நிகழ்ச்சியின் முதல் அம்சமாக அன்றைய தின நிகழ்ச்சி நிரலில் இருப்பதுடன் அதனை விவாதிப்பதற்கு குறைந்த பட்ச காலமும் கொடுக்கப்படும். நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் அதிகாரங்கள் மற்றும் சலுகைகளை பாதிக்கிறது என்ற தீர்மானம் அல்லது அது குறித்த புகார் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே விவாதம் குறுக்கிடப்படும் அல்லது ஒத்திவைக்கப்படும்.  அதிபரின் உரை, ஆண்டு வரவு செலவுத் திட்ட அறிக்கை மற்றும் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு அலுவல் போன்றவற்றை விவாதிப்பதற்கு நிலையான ஆணைகள் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நாட்களுக்கு வகை செய்கின்றன.
